A Fulton County woman has been arrested in connection to a robbery that led to a murder.
Investigators say 41-year-old Brittnie Kanschat of Leiters Ford assisted Timothy Minix during the robbery at his father’s North Judson home back in December.
According to court documents, Minix’s father kicked hima and Kanschat out of his home about a week earlier.
Investigators say Minix admitted using his father’s gun to shoot him, but placed another gun at the scene so police would think the death was a suicide.
He goes to trial in May.

Play STUPID GAMES, You WIN STUPID PRIZES. Does the old saying “You robbed Peter to pay Paul, Now it’s time to Pay the Piper” ring a bell? And YES, Orange does make you look fat.
