A burglary suspect was sentenced after pleading guilty last week.

55-year-old Todd Taylor is accused of burglarizing a home on C.R. 108 in September of 2021.

A woman stated that Taylor was at the home a few days prior, working on a car in the yard, and when they left, Taylor, who was not allowed in the home, had left.

The woman reported that a lawn mower, tools and prescription pill bottles were missing from inside the home.

The Goshen News says Taylor reportedly admitted to taking the pills and tools. He was charged with burglary but sentenced with theft and was sentenced to 2.5 years on reporting probation.
