A Bremen man is facing drunk driving charges after being caught intoxicated on Sunday.

Deputies were called just after 8:15 to 2A Road and Tamarack Road in Marshall County for reports of a possible impaired driver.

The driver, identified as 38-year-old Ma Lay of Bremen, was found driving over three times the legal alcohol limit, as determined by a blood test.

Lay was taken to the Marshall County Jail and charged with a felony due to a prior conviction.
