Janus Motorcycles burglary suspect pleads guilty

A man accused of burglarizing Janus Motorcycles has pleaded guilty.

18-year-old Charles Witham is accused of burglarizing the business in April of last year when he allegedly stole over $1,000 worth of merchandise.

The Goshen News says Witham allegedly claimed that he had been struggling with metal problems and remembered taking the items but could not remember how he got into the business.

He pleaded guilty to Burglary and Resisting Law Enforcement. His sentencing is scheduled for April 24.
