A 23-year-old has been sentenced for his conviction of dealing marijuana.

Capone McClarin was arrested after a Facebook profile was found with several posts containing photos of marijuana.

Police found that the profile belonged to McClarin and executed a search warrant where more than 253 grams of marijuana was found, along with digital scales and packaging materials.

He was sentenced by plea agreement to a total of two years with one year served on alternative placement and the second served on probation.
