Amended charging information was given to a man accused of being involved in a deadly robbery.

Three people are facing murder charges for the death of Toby Fisher that happened in November.

Three individuals reportedly arranged a drug deal with intentions of robbery, during which Fisher reportedly assaulted a man and robbed him, resulting in gunfire.

The Goshen News says Fisher was found dead, and one person claimed the shooting was self-defense, though three others were charged with murder.

Stephonn Sutton was found with items from a stolen purse, and his case was joined with the case of 41-year-old Ashley Seabolt. Their trial is scheduled for August 4.
