Mishawaka’s Common Council moved forward, Monday, with a possible tax break for United PetFood.
The company plans to build a new warehouse and distribution center at Cleveland and 11th Streets.
In 2023, the city pulled a previous abatement after the former owner failed to install odor control equipment.
The new owner says they will make those upgrades and more in the coming years.
