The upgrades at Silver Beach are nearly completed.
The changes in effect at Silver Beach are expected to improve the traffic flow into the park, along with upgraded concessions and a new playground area for kids.
WSBT reports there is new signage all over Broad Street to help beachgoers get use to the new traffic flow.
An extra lane has also been added at the entrance of the park as drivers pay to enter. Officials are also considering adding parking kiosks around the parking lot.
Despite the major renovations being finished there could still be a few minor tweaks along the way.
