You won’t be able to get vaccinations at the The St. Joseph County Department of Health location in Mishawaka.

The clinic, located in the County Annex building is closing on June 20 due to funding issues.

The vital records office in that building is shutting down, as well. All immunization/vaccination appointments will take place at the County-City Building on Jefferson Blvd. in downtown South Bend.
