The South Shore Line will be hosting a Grandparents-Ride-Free promotion.

From August 10 through August 16, grandparents can ride the South Shore Line for free when accompanied by their grandchild or grandchildren.

The South Shore Line is looking to offer a comfortable and convenient trip, welcoming grandchildren and grandparents to spend time together.

To take advantage of the promotion, the grandchild must have a valid, paid ticket or ride free under the South Shore Line Kid’s Ride Free program. No special ticket is necessary.
