Man who confessed to murder at Four Winds Casino now in custody

A man who walked into Four Winds Casino South Bend and confessed to murder is in custody in St. Joseph County.
Police say Juan Osorio, 39, told casino security, last week, he stabbed and killed a man in a Chicago apartment.
Chicago officers later confirmed the victim was found with multiple stab wounds.
While in custody, Osorio allegedly damaged property at the Pokagon Tribal Police Department and threatened officers.
A backpack he left outside the casino contained bloody clothes and other evidence.
Osorio is charged locally with intimidation and criminal mischief.
He remains in the St. Joseph County Jail while Chicago police pursue a murder warrant.
