Stevensville man pleads guilty to fleeing, eluding police

A Stevensville man has pleaded guilty to fleeing and eluding the police.

Samuel Prince of Stevensville is accused in an incident that happened in June in Buchanan Township. Reports say he was pulled over for speeding and crossing the center line.

Prince also pleaded guilty to resisting and obstructing police, earning a sentence of 210 days in jail with credit for 95 days served and $266 in fines and costs.

Leader Publications says he’s also facing charges in Van Buren County.
