Several hospitalized after vehicle, horse-and-buggy collision

A vehicle and horse-and-buggy collided in Elkhart County, sending several people to the hospital.
The crash happened around 3 p.m. on Friday, Sep. 26, on State Road 13 between County Roads 20 and 24.
Police say a man, woman, and young child in the buggy were all hospitalized with injuries. The two people in the car were also taken to the hospital to be checked out.
The horse perished.

This is happening way too often! The main victim is the horse. They should not be allowed on roads with a horse and buggy just because they dont believe in driving cars (which many Amish do anyway). New laws are needed. This isnt the 1920s
