The Indiana Supreme Court dismissed a complaint against Attorney General Todd Rokita, ending a controversy that started with a 2023 reprimand.
The state disciplinary commission had accused Rokita of denying responsibility for the reprimand, which stemmed from his comments about a doctor who performed an abortion on a girl from another state.
The commission said Rokita issued a press release hours later that appeared to contradict his sworn affidavit.
Rokita later clarified, saying he “really meant” his statement accepting responsibility, resolving the commission’s concerns and prompting the Supreme Court to drop the case.

How about the Republicans win legally instead of by cheating. Everyone I talk to is against redistricting, gerrymandering should be illegal in this situation You’re just trying to do what Trump wants.
