The City of South Bend is partnering with the Indiana Energy Saver Program, a federally funded program administered by the Indiana Office of Energy Development to help Hoosiers lower utility bills while improving comfort and energy efficiency.
Through this partnership, the City is adding local funds to expand the program’s reach, helping more South Bend residents afford energy-saving improvements and benefit from lower utility costs.
Eligible improvements may include home insulation, air sealing, upgraded heating and cooling systems, water heaters, and other energy-efficient upgrades installed by qualified local contractors.
