A Warsaw man is facing felony charges after a cybertip led state investigators to his residence, according to the Indiana State Police.

The investigation began in November 2024 when the Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Detectives pursued the lead, which resulted in the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office authorizing a search warrant for a Warsaw residence used by 27-year-old Brandon L. Palmer.

The warrant was executed on Wednesday, Jan. 21, by members of the Indiana State Police ICAC Task Force, the Indiana State Police Bremen Post, and the Warsaw Police Department. Multiple electronic devices were seized during the search.

Palmer was taken into custody and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on a Level 5 felony charge of Possession of Child Pornography.
