Four Amish construction workers killed in S.R. 67 crash

A crash on State Road 67 in Jay County, Indiana this past week resulted in the deaths of four Amish construction workers.
The four men from Bryant, Indiana, lost their lives in the accident when a semi swerved and collided head-on with their van.
The semi driver, a Kyrgyzstan national, was taken into custody by the Jay County Sheriff’s Office and handed over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
The semi driver entered the country is late 2023 using the CBP One app, which has since been revoked by the Trump administration.
