A traffic stop for a simple equipment violation in Steuben County led to a major drug bust this weekend.
An Indiana State Police probationary trooper, out on one of his first solo patrols, stopped a vehicle near State Road 120.
A search uncovered over 73 grams of suspected methamphetamine.
Two suspects, 25-year-old Lydia Tuckerman and 39-year-old Tyler Brown, now face felony charges for possession and dealing.
Both were transported to the Steuben County Jail.
