An Indiana University student is behind bars following a federal cybertip regarding child sex abuse material.
Bloomington Police arrested Ryland Reaves at his dorm after investigators traced an account sharing illegal content back to his location.
Authorities say Reaves admitted to possessing and sending the material. He now faces multiple felony charges with a potential sentence of up to 18 years.
This arrest follows a string of separate, similar cases involving other members of the IU community.
