High school artists across northern Indiana are invited to show off their creativity in this year’s Congressional Art Competition.

Second District Congressman Rudy Yakym says the annual contest gives Hoosier students a chance to showcase their talents and potentially have their work displayed in the halls of Congress.

The competition is open to all high school students in Indiana’s Second District. Submissions will be accepted April 1 through April 8.

The winning piece will hang for a year inside the U.S. Capitol, while all entries will be displayed at the South Bend International Airport through May 2. Details are available at yakym.house.gov
