A jury trial has been rescheduled again for a Shipshewana man charged in a fatal 2022 crash near Goshen.

21-year-old Cameron Woolf is accused of causing death while operating a motor vehicle after a November 16 crash that killed his passenger, Adam Maxson-Jones.

Police say Woolf pulled into an intersection on County Road 15 and was struck by an oncoming Jeep, sending Maxson-Jones to the hospital, where he later died. Investigators say Woolf had marijuana and cocaine in his system.

The Goshen News says prosecutors are now seeking to add a charge of operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the blood. The trial was moved from April 6 to July 6.
