Man accused of sexually assaulting minor

A 37-year-old man is facing felony charges in Goshen after police say he sexually assaulted a minor.
Jose Escoto Santiago is charged with two counts of sexual battery and one count of possession of child pornography.
Goshen Police say they received a report on April 4th.
During an interview, the victim told officers the suspect showed explicit images, exposed himself, offered money for photos, and forced the victim to touch him.
Santiago is scheduled to appear in court for an initial hearing on Tuesday.
