ISP accepting Regional Dispatcher applications

The Indiana State Police is now accepting applications for a Regional Dispatcher position.

They’re looking to fill positions at the Toll Road Post in Elkhart County.

The dispatcher will work at the Regional Dispatch Center on County Road 17, serving the entire Indiana Toll Road and the Bremen District, which includes Elkhart, St. Joseph, Marshall and Kosciusko counties.

Duties include receiving and dispatching emergency information using advanced systems. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to sit for extended periods.

Starting pay is over $47,000 annually, with benefits including insurance, retirement and paid time off. Applications are due by May 10 on the ISP website.
