Students at Concord Junior High School will not have classes Wednesday after a threat was discovered inside the school.

School officials say an anonymous threat dated for May 6th was found written on a wall in a boys’ track locker room shortly before a track meet Tuesday.

Administrators and police investigated by searching students’ belongings and speaking with students and families, but they were unable to determine who made the threat.

As a precaution, Concord Junior High students will stay home Wednesday. All other Concord schools will remain open and operate as normal.
