Indiana has seen a rise in the state’s median home price over the last ten years, according to new analysis.
New numbers from Construction Coverage found that nationwide home values surged more than 81% between 2016 and 2026, which dramatically outpaced wage growth and reshaped housing affordability. Data from Zillow and the Census Bureau were used in the study.
Indiana experienced an increase of more than $127,000 in the median home price, a 100.2% jump in the last ten years. That gives Indiana the 9th highest percentage in home price growth among the 50 states.
