Indiana taxpayers can now check whether they qualify for the state’s upcoming Tax Amnesty 2026 program.

The Indiana Department of Revenue launched an online eligibility tool ahead of the amnesty period running July 15 through September 9.

The program allows eligible taxpayers to pay overdue taxes and receive waivers on penalties, interest and collection fees.

Eligible tax debts must date back to before January 1 of 2024.

Taxpayers can check eligibility and manage payments through the state’s INTIME online portal or at taxamnesty.in.gov.
