Indiana Right to Life is backing the state Attorney General’s demand for federal action on water safety.

President Mike Fichter issued a statement, this week, supporting a request for the Environmental Protection Agency to investigate abortion drugs in the public water supply.

Fichter stated that water contamination affects everyone, warning of potential health risks to women and unborn babies.

The organization points to the illegal mailing of abortion pills into Indiana as the primary threat to local water systems.
