A man is in custody following a vehicle theft investigation in Cass County, Michigan.

Deputies say a search warrant served Sunday at a home in Howard Township led to the recovery of a vehicle stolen the night before, along with another vehicle reported stolen in South Bend. Investigators also found property taken from a nearby home.

Authorities say the suspect is also being investigated in connection with two additional vehicle thefts in Niles. His name has not been released pending arraignment. The investigation remains ongoing.
