The jury trial for a Goshen man charged in a deadly construction zone crash has been postponed.

48-year-old Julio Fraga faces reckless homicide and other charges tied to an April 2025 crash that killed Rigoberto Barba.

Prosecutors say the crash happened during an alleged speeding incident in a construction zone.

The Goshen News says Fraga’s trial has been rescheduled for December 7, with a status conference November 12.
