A Goshen man was arrested after police say he drove a pickup truck through the Elkhart County 4-H Fair parade route Sunday.
Goshen police were working the parade when they were called to Lincoln Avenue and Water Street for a driver honking his horn and trying to get through the crowd.
Officers say they found Larry Foster driving between parade floats.
Foster was arrested and faces charges of failing to identify himself, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana.
