The deaths of a Wanatah couple found over the weekend have been ruled accidental.

The LaPorte County Coroner says 60-year-old Patricia Rosenbaum and 60-year-old Todd Rosenbaum were electrocuted while in or near the water of a ditch along County Road 1500 South.

Authorities were called to the property this past weekend, where the couple was found dead.

The Rosenbaums were longtime farmers in the area.
