Cybersecurity experts are warning about a surge in phishing scams targeting the popular healthcare portal MyChart.
Scammers are sending realistic fake emails-claiming medical test results are ready or offering free Medicare kits-to trick patients into clicking malicious links.
Entering credentials on these fake login sites can expose personal data or infect devices with malware.
Health officials advise users to never click suspicious links and to access MyChart directly through its official app or website.
