A New Paris man accused of driving intoxicated in a crash that killed two children appeared in court.
Jason Hoover faces six felony charges stemming from the February collision between his pickup truck and a horse-drawn cart.
Two children died and two others were seriously injured.
The Goshen News says Hoover intended to plead guilty, but his attorney raised questions about paperwork. His trial remains scheduled for October 5.
