A 77-year-old Warsaw woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon in LaPorte County.

Sheriff’s deputies were called around 12:15 p.m. to the 2900 block of Fail Road. Investigators say a northbound Toyota crossed the center line and collided with a southbound Kia.

The woman was a passenger in the Kia. She was taken to an area hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.

The 71-year-old Kia driver and the 38-year-old Toyota driver were hospitalized with injuries.

Toxicology results are pending. The crash remains under investigation.
