Storm recovery food distributions are planned Thursday in LaPorte County. 

The first will run from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the Pax Center on Washington Street, followed by a distribution from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Salvation Army on Monroe Street.

Each location will serve up to 100 households with free, pre-boxed groceries.

The distributions are first come, first served, while supplies last.
