A 25-million-dollar golf and entertainment complex could be coming to Mishawaka.
The Common Council has taken the first step toward granting a five-year tax abatement for Dogleg Social, proposed for nearly 18 acres near Douglas Road and Veterans Parkway.
Plans call for 40 technology-equipped golf bays, miniature golf, restaurants, event space and an outdoor social area.
Developers say the 25-point-six-million-dollar project could create about 90 jobs.
WSBT reports the council is scheduled to consider final approval of the tax abatement October 19th. If the project moves ahead, construction could begin next spring, with an opening targeted for the summer of 2028.
