Buchanan police say suspects have been identified in connection with the vandalism of more than 20 scarecrows displayed throughout downtown.

Police were notified Tuesday, Oct. 6, of the damage involving scarecrows placed in the downtown area. Officers are working with Buchanan Scarecrow Charities and local businesses to determine the total cost of the damage and repairs.
