Two men are facing felony charges after an investigation into alleged sexual communication with a minor in Marshall County.

Deputies say they were called to a home on Beech Road around 1:26 Sunday morning after receiving a report of criminal activity in progress. Investigators allege Tommy McKinney, 52, of Warsaw, and William Marsillett, 67, of Etna Green, had been communicating with someone under 14-or someone they believed was under 14-about sexual activity.

Authorities say methamphetamine was found in the vehicle the men used to meet the juvenile.

Both men are charged with felony child solicitation and methamphetamine possession, along with misdemeanor inappropriate communication with a minor. Their bonds were each set at $1,505.
