A 77-year-old woman has died after a crash in Cass County, Michigan.

The sheriff’s office says Elsie Levan was driving east on Mason Street around 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 27, when her Nissan Rogue struck the driver’s side of a Toyota Highlander.

Investigators say Levan failed to yield. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Highlander’s 38-year-old driver was not injured.
