St. Joseph, Michigan City Commissioner Tess Ulrey has been charged with operating while intoxicated after a crash earlier this month.
The Berrien County Prosecutor’s Office says the 38-year-old was charged following a single-vehicle incident on Oct. 3.
A police report says officers found damage to Ulrey’s car and a parked vehicle on Morton Avenue.
The report says Ulrey showed signs of intoxication and had a preliminary breath test result of .14.
Her pretrial conference is set for Nov. 19.
