Donald Trump plans Michigan visit for GOP fundraising event

BIRCH RUN, Mich. (AP) — Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump plans to visit Michigan next month for a speech at a GOP fundraising event.

The Genesee and Saginaw county Republican parties say Trump committed to speak at a Lincoln Day event Aug. 11 at the Birch Run Expo Center.

Tickets are $25. The Expo Center can seat several thousand people and money raised will go to the two county GOP organizations.
