Indiana State Excise Police say one of its officers working enforcement patrols in Michigan City late Saturday arrested 26-year-old Antoine Terrell Kimbrough after stopping him for driving the wrong way down a one-way street.

The charges stem from a July 8 incident.

It wasn’t clear whether Kimbrough has an attorney.
