Voorde Drive near Bendix Drive will be partially closed for a few hours Thursday morning, April 9, after an overnight fire.

A fire was reported at the old St. Vincent DePaul warehouse in the 1900 block of North Bendix Drive at about 2 a.m., a South Bend emergency dispatcher confirmed.

The pallet fire has been extinguished, but the road will be partially closed for a few hours Thursday as crews remove pallets from the building, according to Division Chief Scott Ruszkowski with the South Bend Police Department.
