Rise 'N Roll Mishawaka opens Monday

Monday, April 27, is the day many people in St. Joseph County have been waiting for — Rise ’N Roll in Mishawaka is officially open.

Some residents got a preview taste during a short surprise opening Saturday, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at Flavor 574.

But for most residents, Monday is the opening day.

Here’s what you need to know:

The store at 3915 Grape Road near Edison Road opened at 6:30 a.m.

Monday is a soft opening, but it was still busy. Less than 20 people were in line when the doors opened, though the line started at about 3 a.m. By 7:30 a.m., at least 40 people were in line and the parking lot was filling up.

News/Talk 95.3 Michiana’s News Channel was at the opening. Check out photos and videos on Twitter or on Periscope.

The grand opening is planned for 7 a.m. Saturday, May 2. The first 100 customers will receive free doughnuts for a year.

Rise ’N Roll Mishawaka’s normal hours are 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and closed on Sunday. Lunch is available from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
