Authorities investigating what appeared to be an attempted kidnapping in the Fox Chase subdivision in Granger now say it was all a misunderstanding.
Lt. Matt Blank with the St. Joseph County Police Department said three men seen in a work van by a teenage girl were solicitors from a landscaping company, according to WNDU-TV.
Officers were expected to talk to the men involved on Thursday, May 7.
