Police have identified a man they say was found shot to death on a sidewalk on the east side of South Bend Sunday night, May 17.
Guiseppi Bailey, 41, was found laying on the sidewalk in the 300 block of North Manchester Drive at about 11 p.m., according to a news release from the St. Joseph County Prosecutor’s Office. An autopsy is scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday, May 18, in Kalamazoo, Mich.
