South Bend Cubs manager Jimmy Gonzalez came on Michiana’s Morning News with Mark McGill last week to talk about the team, the fans and the importance of having a good time when you’re playing ball.

Gonzalez said a key part to winning baseball games is simply having fun.

“We want to make sure the guys are having fun. If you’re not having fun while you’re playing baseball, that’s not a good feeling,” Gonzalez said. “You don’t want (your players) to experience no fun while playing a game.”
