A woman was shot in the leg early Wednesday morning on the northwest side of South Bend.
Police were called just after 2 a.m. Wednesday to the shooting in the 1100 block of North Huey Street.
The 23-year-old woman and a man were sitting in a vehicle when two other vehicles drove by and shots were fired, according to WSBT. The woman was hit in the leg.
The man took the woman inside the house until police arrived.
