A man was killed while doing yard work in South Bend when his tractor fell on top of him.
The victim, identified as Michael Michaels, 55, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to WNDU.
The St. Joseph County Police Department were called to the scene in the 52000 block of Laurel Road just before 4 p.m. Sunday, according to police crime logs.
Five people were needed to lift the tractor off the man, but WNDU reports he did not survive his injuries.
