South Bend Bomb Squad called to home in 800 block of S. 24th Street

The South Bend Bomb Squad was sent to a home in the 800 block of S. 24th Street on Monday, Feb. 29.

Authorities were originally called to the residence on the report of a meth lab, but when they arrived, they found items believed to be pipe bombs in the home, according to WSBT.

A meth-making operation was also found in the home, according to WNDU.

Three people inside the home were placed under arrest, WNDU reported.
